Friday, January 23rd

Field Trips

Six exciting field trips to local transportation facilities and offices.

Break

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please take this time to decompress, get ready for the mixer, or as buffer travel time. Just remember -- the mixer is at 6!

Student Mixer & Chapter Presentation Night

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm · Pacific Ballroom D

A chance to meet your fellow peers in transportation, featuring delicious Thai cuisine from Zabb Thai. Plus, a presentation from a few student chapters in the Western District.

Saturday, January 24th

Registration/Breakfast

Opening Ceremony

Sunday, January 25th

Breakfast

Bagel and parfait bar to fuel your trip home.

Traffic Bowl

10:30 am - 12:30 pm · Doheny Beach

A Jeopardy-style quiz bowl game played between ITE student chapters. Winners of the Western District competition will receive the opportunity to advance to the national competition on July 20, held in Detroit.

Closing Ceremony

12:45 pm - 1:00 pm · Doheny Beach

Sendoff Lunch

1:15 pm - 2:30 pm · Student Center Terrace

The sendoff lunch is generously and wholeheartedly prepared by lifelong ITE members and former International Presidents Zaki Mustafa (2013) and Randy McCourt (2020).
